meet the drafters...

The youth caucus is preparing its final statement to the plenary. The report from the chair came out last afternoon and the youth have been spending hours and hours analyzing the details of the report. There is a lot of controversy over the means of implementation and the role of other mechanisms, and lack of clarity in regard to cross-cutting issues.
The statement will be coming in the next few hours in english and will be presented in mandarin to the high level segment tomorrow.
